Arts Council's Competitive Art Exhibition
The Union Art Council's tenth annual Competitive Art Exhibition will be held on Saturday, March 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in The Dance Studio of Union Parish, 301 N. Lafayette Street, Farmerville. Admission is free. Union Parish artists, both professionals and amateurs, will display their creations in a variety of media--paintings, sculptures, painted porcelain, fabric art, drawings, and more. Youth in grades 9-12 will also display entries.
Come vote for your favorite entry to win the "People's Choice" award.
Entries will be judged by Cliff Tresner, instructor of sculpture and drawing at University of Louisiana at Monroe since 1997.
